The Organizing Committee has the pleasure to invite you to attend the Symposium on Interdisciplinar Neurosurgical Aspects (SINA III) in conjunction with The XIIth Congress of the Pan-Arab Association of Surgeons, to be held in the State of Kuwait on December 13 to 16, 2002 at the Conference Hall of Islamic Center.
The purpose of this meeting is to bring along scientists & clinicians in general and neurological surgery to discuss the new trends & developments in their respective fields
The meeting is held under the name of ‘SINA’ after the great physician Ibn Sina who was a brilliant example of a dedicated medical practitioner whose ideas along with other pioneers provided the basis for our modern medical achievements.
We invited a number of distinguished guest speakers from Arab Countries, Europe & North America in the fields of general & neurological surgery. The meeting will provide a scientific environment for the exchange of opinions regarding the new trends and advances in those fields.
We believe that the material that will be presented will be useful & interesting to all of us.

The Conference

State of Kuwait is located at the Northwest corner of the Arabian Gulf. The total area of the state is about 18,000 square kilometers. Population is about 2 million. Kuwait City is the capital of Kuwait.

The weather in December is pleasant with average temperature of 20-30 degrees C’. Sunny skies in most days. The Local time in Kuwait is GMT + 3hours.
